I lived at a property managed by GGB for nearly 4 years and I felt like my experience was extremely positive compared to the general renting landscape. If I could give 0 stars I would I was previously at 6721 Curtis ave unit B which at the time rent was 2195 beautiful apartment and peaceful, however upon moving I slowly started seeing signs as to why it was up for rent for so long rats ( I’m talking big sized ones ) I complained about the stove which was infested with rat crap and pee the only reason it was changed was because the gas guy urged for that to happen it was very unsanitary and their was a hole behind the stove about 3” for rats to go in n out of I’m sure it’s s... read more
0 star and negative review. This management sucks and scammers and only cares about how to make money. Will keep your application on pending, no call and no follow-up until they run your credit and will raise the rent without notifying the applicant after they have run it. I swear you guys will get your own karma. Do not get your apartment from this scammers!
