Trying to book a showing and they were just rude off the bat. If this is how they are when you’re looking to be a future tenant I can’t imagine how they are when you are. And for the lady who replied when I said I have been reaching out multiple times of a week to schedule a viewing and your response was “you have to wait she has a job” you right her job is to schedule viewings. Why does it take more than a week when several other properties get back you in that same week.
I lived at a property managed by GGB for nearly 4 years and I felt like my experience was extremely positive compared to the general renting landscape. I worked primarily with Aracely, and she was always extremely responsive and understanding to any requests I had. Even moving out was incredibly painless. Unfortunately, there is no option for a ZERO!!! A 1 IS WAY TOO HIGH!

If I could give 0 stars I would I was previously at 6721 Curtis ave unit B which at the time rent was 2195 beautiful apartment and peaceful, however upon moving I slowly started seeing signs as to why it was up for rent for so long rats ( I’m talking big sized ones ) I complained about the stove which was infested with rat crap and pee the only reason it was changed was because the gas guy urged for that to happen it was very unsanitary and their was a hole behind the stove about 3” for rats to go in n out of I’m sure it’s s... read more
