All I can saw is buyer beware. My partner invested $2000 for upcoming merchant events for sales and, even before many events were cancelled due to COVID-19, he started getting notices that events were cancelled but without any information about rescheduling. IF you look at their terms, they indicate that they do not issue refunds but will give you "a table" at an upcoming event.
