I’m converting my garage into an ADU so I met Lionel from G&G. I know they are professional enough to do this kind of drawing, a piece of cake for them. Unfortunately city found an abandoned oil well underneath my house, which almost ceased the whole process. Lionel and his team are so smart and talented that they changed the drawing way and helped me meet all qualification terms to exempt the oil well requirement. I’m so thankful.
