This is one of the worst service providers I've encountered. I own a commercial property in Fort Washington, and their service provider, Garry, came to add AC refrigerant and deep clean the ice machine. They charged me $2,653.23, and the very next day, it didn't work. The customer service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and the service is subpar despite the high cost. I worked at a restaurant that hired G&G for HVAC and our cold food storage areas. Always super professional and knowledgeable. Took longer to go get the parts than to do the repair. Gary is professional and knowledgeable about most things HVAC, and maintains a very well-run company with great technicians. For those who like to support small businesses, G&G should be the first call when HVAC problems pop up.
