Poor experience. When I booked I was told for $25 that my driver could meet my wife behind security to help with our bags, or I could just have driver meet her at baggage claim with a sign for her name. The driver did not do either, even though I was charged for it. Also, when I booked I was told car seats could pre-installed at no charge, but that wasn't done. Made a reservation for a shuttle bus for 22 parents for a football playoff game (2 hour drive). I received a confirmation email the day before...yet no bus showed up. When I called, they stated that there was an oversight and they did not schedule a driver for our event. I asked dispatch to connect me to a manager...the manager’s excuse was that “these things happen”. There was absolute no sense of understanding the severity of the situation.
