Right from the consultation, they were more focused on upselling expensive packages and add-ons than actually addressing my needs. It felt more like a sales pitch than a medical service.
They claimed the treatment was safe for all skin tones, but I experienced hyperpigmentation after just one session. It felt like they didn’t assess my skin properly before starting.
Just go here! Galina is really warm and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable and carefully explains everything. I got full body laser hair removal. The place very clean too.
