We highly recommend G&G Fitness Equipment in Rochester, NY. Tim Garbach was awesome to work with. He was very personable and extremely knowledgable about G&G’s inventory of workout equipment. My husband and I enjoyed speaking with him. Tim’s customer service was outstanding. We purchased a Life Fitness recumbent bike as well as two Gronk bars for back workouts. We are thoroughly enjoying both purchases. The delivery experience was also top notch. The delivery team was on time and professional. We look forward to visiting... read more

I purchased a full set of dumbbells for my garage gym. I worked with Tim who was incredibly helpful in finding me exactly what I was after for the price point I was hoping to hit. Some of the best customer service I've received in a while. This is why I prefer to support local shops vs. Amazon or other faceless big box retailers. John helped me load all of my weights into my vehicle and was equally kind and helpful.

Tim Garbach went above and beyond to help me with the specific things I was looking for. From assisting with a home gym flooring selection, to checking for a specific dumbbell rack in stock at other stores and having it shipped. I can tell he enjoys fitness as a lifestyle and is very knowledgeable about it. The gym floor tiles at G&G are exactly what I needed. Excellent quality, sleek and professional looking. It gives my home gym a more aesthetically pleasing touch. Looking forward to my new dumbbell rack when it arrives t... read more

My wife and I purchased the Spirit XBR55 Recumbent Bike and couldn't be more happy. Tim Garbach made our experience of buying it so easy. He asked questions about what we wanted out of the bike and he showed us different options. He was so helpful in making our decision of what bike was best for us. This is the 3rd purchase from G&G we have made.

He combines expert product knowledge with a thoughtful, customer‑first approach that made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Tim took the time to understand my goals, walked me through multiple options, and explained the differences clearly so I could make a confident decision. His professionalism, patience, and integrity set a high standard. Highly recommended.
