I purchased a full set of dumbbells for my garage gym. I worked with Tim who was incredibly helpful in finding me exactly what I was after for the price point I was hoping to hit. Some of the best customer service I've received in a while. This is why I prefer to support local shops vs. Amazon or other faceless big box retailers. John helped me load all of my weights into my vehicle and was equally kind and helpful.

Tim was super patient and helpful with selecting equipment that meets our needs. He listened to us, made suggestions and spent over a hour with us. Very knowledgeable about what would be helpful to aid in recovery of hip surgery. Highly recommend a visit to G&G for exercise equipment.
