I purchased a full set of dumbbells for my garage gym. I worked with Tim who was incredibly helpful in finding me exactly what I was after for the price point I was hoping to hit. Some of the best customer service I've received in a while. This is why I prefer to support local shops vs. Amazon or other faceless big box retailers. John helped me load all of my weights into my vehicle and was equally kind and helpful.

Amazing customer service! Bought a rower from a very helpful salesman Tim, he walked us through everything and helped us use HSA. Went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted ASAP. Will be shopping here again

Always a positive experience working with Adam at G&G. He's very knowledge. Helps us select equipment that we can all use. Delivery & set up is great.
