I purchased a full set of dumbbells for my garage gym. I worked with Tim who was incredibly helpful in finding me exactly what I was after for the price point I was hoping to hit. Some of the best customer service I've received in a while. This is why I prefer to support local shops vs. Amazon or other faceless big box retailers. John helped me load all of my weights into my vehicle and was equally kind and helpful.
Tim Garbach went above and beyond to help me with the specific things I was looking for. From assisting with a home gym flooring selection, to checking for a specific dumbbell rack in stock at other stores and having it shipped. My wife and I purchased the Spirit XBR55 Recumbent Bike and couldn't be more happy. Tim Garbach made our experience of buying it so easy. He asked questions about what we wanted out of the bike and he showed us different options. He was so helpful in making our decision of what bike was best for us.
