I had been wanting to upgrade our 10 year old treadmill for a while so I stopped in today and am so excited about the new treadmill that will be delivered in a few weeks. Kaden was our salesman and he was great and answered all of my many questions!
Extremely friendly and helpful. Just got in a full line of Gronk free weights and bars. Pricing was comparible to online and it was faster to pickup than wait on delivery.
We have bought all our equipment here. Recently had our (2nd) treadmill serviced. Customer service is still as great as it was in the past decade. The tech was knowledgeable and our treadmill runs like new. Exceeded our expectations but that's why we will continue to buy from G&G. From the sale, delivery, service and a replacement/ upgrade we look no where else.
