We have bought all our equipment here. Recently had our (2nd) treadmill serviced. Customer service is still as great as it was in the past decade. The tech was knowledgeable and our treadmill runs like new. Exceeded our expectations but that's why we will continue to buy from G&G. From the sale, delivery, service and a replacement/ upgrade we look no where else.
There were a few "bumps in the road" to get me to my perfect treadmill but it all turned out great! Cameron ( and Kaden) always had my best interest and satisfaction as their primary goal. I greatly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I definitely recommend G and G Fitness Equipment - Montgomery.
The service at this store was top notch - Thank you Kaden! He not only shared with us the differences in the various equipment to help suit our needs best but he ultimately share with us home gym which he literally demonstrated himself all the various types of exercises that could be done. We bought it! He made our visit so personalized as he realized not every piece of equipment is meant for every "body" type.
My son and I were in search of cardio and strength training equipment. We dealt with Cameron and he was extreemely knowledgable explaining the benefits of the various options available. We ended up with a high quality staionary bike and rowing machine. We could not be any happier with the service provided. I would suggest that if you are in the market for fitness equipment, be sure to go to G&G prior to making your final decision. Great Experience!
I put in a call regarding a rowing machine accessory I'd been looking for, and Kaden was able to quickly verify that they had the exact model in stock, which I hadn't been able to find anywhere else online. Had a great call with him and quickly was able to process my order for a great price, can't thank him enough for helping me out!
