I spent $3,500 for a new Life Fitness T3 with installation and removal of an old treadmill. The sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. The problem started the first time I use the treadmill. After about a half a mile of running the treadmill lurched and and displayed an error message. I called g&g the next day to report the problem. They sent a tech out about a week later to look at it. This was my second visit to the Fitness Store. I am so glad I returned. I'm very big on customer service, and this is exactly what I received. I really enjoyed all my questions being answered, and how knowledgeable the salesman was with the equipment. There were several people in the store, and he managed to assist us all. We purchased our first treadmill from this store 16 years ago. The treadmill ran great but eventually became obsolete. However, anytime we needed service, had a question or concern the staff was always very professional and knowledgeable. They've provided such good service to us that we have purchased our second treadmill today and are looking forward to many more years of great use and service.
