Starting the process of putting together a small home gym. Discovered G&G Fitness online and are fortunate that it is a short drive to Cleveland for us to visit a showroom location. Brandon, the Manager at their Beachwood store, has been wonderful!! He is so knowledgeable and kind! He has been taking the time to understand our goals and recommend the best equipment to meet our needs! Also - the quality of their products exceeds expectation!
I reached out to G&G on a whim after doing tons of research on treadmills. Anthony helped me identify the right treadmill for me while staying in my budget. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful! The delivery experience was also top notch . The delivery team was fast, efficient, informative and, again, friendly! I will forever go to G&G first for any fitness equipment!
Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to the equipment and is able to answer any question you may have when it comes to equipment, fitness and what may work best for you ! He is very easy to talk to and actually actively listens to what you have to stay and wants the best for you. Brandon is personable, easy to talk to and not judgmental at all. He is a great example at what a salesman should be and is someone I will always go to when it comes to fitness and the best equipment for me!
We purchased a treadmill in 2020. Recently had an issue with a part on the treadmill. The girl in service informed me that the part was under warranty. We scheduled the service appointment. The technician, Kavell, was extremely helpful and corrected the problem for us. Kavell did the repair in a timely manner. The company is fortunate to have a service technician like him.
Some years ago, I purchased an elliptical from you and I have been a believer in G & G Fitness since! Whether coming in to buy jump ropes or mats, or most recently, a treadmill, I have been so incredibly impressed with your outstanding team. That is why I wanted to write a review.
