Brandon was great with customer service. I was looking at Spirit exercise bikes online. He contacted me personally & helped me get the order going. He also set up the help with delivery & set up at my house. I have a Spirit XT385 treadmill that we bought during covid. Brandon was a great help & I would definitely deal with him again if needed.
Brandon is phenomenal! He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient. He followed through with all our questions and requests. He is the best!
Starting the process of putting together a small home gym. Discovered G&G Fitness online and are fortunate that it is a short drive to Cleveland for us to visit a showroom location. Brandon, the Manager at their Beachwood store, has been wonderful!! He is so knowledgeable and kind! He has been taking the time to understand our goals and recommend the best equipment to meet our needs! Also - the quality of their products exceeds expectation!
I reached out to G&G on a whim after doing tons of research on treadmills. Anthony helped me identify the right treadmill for me while staying in my budget. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful! The delivery experience was also top notch . The delivery team was fast, efficient, informative and, again, friendly!
