Brandon is very knowledgeable when it comes to the equipment and is able to answer any question you may have when it comes to equipment, fitness and what may work best for you ! He is very easy to talk to and actually actively listens to what you have to stay and wants the best for you. Brandon is personable, easy to talk to and not judgmental at all. He is a great example at what a salesman should be and is someone I will always go to when it comes to fitness and the best equipment for me!

I reached out to G&G on a whim after doing tons of research on treadmills. Anthony helped me identify the right treadmill for me while staying in my budget. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful! The delivery experience was also top notch . The delivery team was fast, efficient, informative and, again, friendly! I will forever go to G&G first for any fitness equipment!

We purchased a treadmill in 2020. Recently had an issue with a part on the treadmill. The girl in service informed me that the part was under warranty. We scheduled the service appointment. The technician, Kavell, was extremely helpful and corrected the problem for us. Kavell did the repair in a timely manner. The company is fortunate to have a service technician like him.

Last week, I went into G&G on Chagrin Blvd to buy a new treadmill. The store Manager, Anthony Opatrny, was friendly, helpful, and personable. He explained the details of several machines but never pushed me toward one or the other. After the purchase, he arranged for delivery by DGLLogistics and fully explained the delivery and assembly process. Some years ago, I purchased an elliptical from you and I have been a believer in G & G Fitness since! Whether coming in to buy jump ropes or mats, or most recently, a treadmill, I have been so incredibly impressed with your outstanding team. That is why I wanted to write a review.
