It is a very nice smaller dealership. Seemed to be very friendly.
After a long trip from Arkansas while on my way to Colorado and some sight seeing along the way, my truck broke down in Dodge city. The service manager Austin helped me calm down by arranging to have my truck transported there and took good care of it once diagnosing the problem. He gave me a really good deal on the cost not only because I didn’t have a lot of money, but also if I promised to leave a review on here. So here it is. Great guy with great service. I posted a review and it was on the website. Now it is not. They must delete the negative posts. Don't bother with the service department. Incapable! Untrustworthy! They don't care!
The service manager Austin is always kind and willing to go above and beyond to help us out.
