Great. Best dentist i have been too in a while
They never answer the phone. You can call all various times of the day and they don’t answer the phone. You leave a message and they don’t respond or they say that you can text them, which I have and still get no response. I don’t know if the manager is aware of this, so I am posting this review to let them be aware. I can’t even get through to let them know that the staff is not answering the phone.
Absolutely wonderful!!!! After a decade of dental anxiety due to bad experiences, I feek a huge relief after my appointment at Bright Diamonds today. The front desk staff, assistant/hygenist, and Dr. Mercedes were kind, thorough, and non judgmental. They did a great job. I never knew that I could be so excited to find “my” dentist but so glad I did! Looking forward to being a patient for many years.
I absolutely love this dentistry and all the wonderful staff!!
Very Bad experience, was told a price for service. I asked multiple time before,during and after was this what I have to pay. Was told yes. The price change after they started the procedure, then again after they where done. Then the price changed again 1 month later when I was billed for extra money. Total scamm
