They are extremely honest and very knowledgeable about cars. I have used them for years and have never had an issue. They are very reliable and always try to treat the customer like family. When we moved here about four years ago I needed a mechanic and they were the most recommended I found. I gave them a try and every since then I have been using them. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
I’ve used this shop for the past 4/5 years but their customer service is dwindling. I got my purge valve replaced about 2/3 months ago (on a 2018 Ford Escape) and it took them two days and cost me about $500. Since then, my engine light has came back on. I took it to Autozone and Meineke who said whoever replaced the valve knocked this hose loose to where it eventually snapped in half. Brought my vehicle in for an alignment after I had front brakes put on about 6 months before because it was not sounding right. After the so called alignment my vehicle still was not right , took it to another place that checked out my vehicle and put new brakes and rotors in the front and back, still not right. They replaced the brakes and rotors and still not right. Then I took it back to G&G service and the managerdrove my vehicle with me and told me it was my brakes and rotors not the alignment.
