Dear Indian man I am writing to express my disappointment with the service you provided during the roadworthy inspection and on-site repairs of my Twingo. It was very bad service from the Indian man, he try to scam me for $1,800 and very bad
I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. His customer service is poor, and his attitude towards clients is arrogant and condescending. His scheduling is terrible, and my overall experience was extremely negative. I provided him with a simple task, and he took more than 10 days to delay the work, which was not completed satisfactorily in the end. His prices are high, and the lack of professionalism is evident. I do not recommend working with him.
