Great veteran services! That's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. I would recommend them for their veteran-related services, but not for tax preparation. Unfortunately, my experience with their tax services was very disappointing. I later had to spend additional money to correct errors in my tax return, which ended up costing me far more than I expected. Based on my experience, I do not believe they have the level of tax expertise needed to handle more complex tax situations, and those mistakes can be expensive for clients.... read more
I had a positive experience with G&G. My case worker was responsive and polite, and they laid out the process clearly. The team reviews your documentation and explains a recommended approach considering your new or worsening symptoms. You're still required to attend the necessary appointments and follow the instructions clearly. I suspect some of these negative reviews are from folks that either missed appointments or completed documentation incorrectly. I was referred to G&G Associates by a family member. My case worker was not very responsive. The owner of the company was very rude and disrespectful once I made him aware of the issues. We paid $2000 and received nothing. We did not miss any deadlines. In the end, we did not receive a notice of case closed, not even an explanation before a conference call with the owner. Just a rude and disrespectful conversation with the owner and no resolve. Please do not waste your time & money!!
