Gf studio is a wonderful little gym with a great selection of classes! Sonya and Adam are fun, supportive trainers who push you to give 100% in every class. All the members are lovely and make it such a comfortable place to work out. Highly recommend.

Love going to GF studio ! Such a great range of classes for all abilities and such a convenient location. From yoga to boxing, hiit workouts and everything in between. Sonya and Adam are great, and make the gym feel very welcoming 🙏🏻

Going to the gym is actually fun! Sonya and Adam are amazing and very good at keeping members motivated. Always available for support and a chat! Classes are many and diverse. Amazing local business! Also, owners actively seek feedback from members and come up with different activities to keep members engaged and motivated.

Have been going to gf for a few months now...really enjoy the quality of the workouts and the great guidance from Sonja, as well as meeting new people. Would highly recommend this small studio to anyone wanting to keep fit and stay healthy!

I’ve been a member of this amazing gym for 15 months. There are many different classes throughout the day, all of which are fun but really get you moving! Sonya and Adam are so friendly and encouraging and I always leave the gym with a smile!
