Your drivers are terrible and should be trained better while on public roadways and highways. Absolutely disgusting behavior, unprofessional. Who would want them anywhere near their neighborhood
They never come when they are supposed to!!!!! I always have to call to see why they didn’t pick up my trash!!!!! Do not get them! They suck!
Canceled GFL the first week of February for trash removal service. They only picked up one of the two bins and have been refusing to pick up the other for the past several weeks. Customer service is a joke. They do not want to help and have been aggravated because I want the bin picked up. The trash truck has driven by and “dumped” the EMPTY bin but will not take it. Incredibly unreliable, the photos demonstrates a regular occurrence. They will just not pick up trash for weeks at a time with no valid explanation. If you have any other option use them.
Horrible trash service! Didn’t pick up two weeks ago because quote unquote my bin wasn’t out (truck never came). Which it was because I always put it out the night before. Was told the next day they would pick up and never did. I had this happen again yesterday and the excuse was they got busy and a driver was on the route and would be in my area between 5pm-7pm, no show again.
