Plan to cancel today after yet ANOTHER missed pickup. I have called each time it has happened and their response is always that I will have to wait until the following week for the pickup.
Bill just went up $5 and it seems like at least twice a month they can never pick up the garbage on time.
Your drivers are terrible and should be trained better while on public roadways and highways. Absolutely disgusting behavior, unprofessional. Who would want them anywhere near their neighborhood
They never come when they are supposed to!!!!! I always have to call to see why they didn’t pick up my trash!!!!! Do not get them! They suck!
Canceled GFL the first week of February for trash removal service. They only picked up one of the two bins and have been refusing to pick up the other for the past several weeks. Customer service is a joke. They do not want to help and have been aggravated because I want the bin picked up. The trash truck has driven by and “dumped” the EMPTY bin but will not take it.
