I have been a customer for less than two months and I have already cancelled this service. I will be calling my credit card company to file a chargeback for fraudulent charges seeing as I did not receive 50% of the services I was paying for (recycling was never picked up a single time) and calling to complain does nothing.

Since they have the franchise for Alachua, Sales do not care about adding service or dumpsters or returning calls. I spent several months, gave up and then spent a few more months trying to get roll off dumpster to replace my weekly dumpster. Once I got the dumpster I tried to get a second one for major cleanup in two different properties. For over 6 weeks I kept emailing and calling for salesperson to return my call. I finally gave up. Driving behind one of their trash compactor trucks on 225 and trash just flying out of it maybe train your drivers not to do 45 with it open

They routinely skip our neighborhood for yard debris collection. I'm forced to move the piles around so my grass doesn't die. Hope they're not charging for services that were not provided Billing should be audited. It also took two months for them to pick up a mattress and boxed springs. I had to drag them back and forth every week with assurances they would get them.

Horrible service. They are constantly leaving the dumpster in the middle of the parking lot where I live. They leave trash everywhere and will consistently drive right by the dumpster without collecting the trash.
