These people miss us about ever other month. We used to have great service with Joel on Tuesdays. SInce they switched us to Thursdays and another driver, we have been skipped a lot. When I call to tell them I get promises of a recovery truck the next day, only to have them deny they said it and make us wait three more business days. Don’t have real life issues…because if you miss a6:00 am pick up. So you put your garbage cans across the street. That’s against their policy. Rude employees . Prob why they have 2.3 rating
Driver put our dumpster in the wrong spot two times even when we had cones set up where we wanted it at Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital. Causing us employees way more work having to put our waste in a pick up and haul it to the sight next door where the dumpster was dropped.
Terrible always something with this crappy business. Noe garbage has not been picked up two weeks in a row. Never gonna recommend this crappy company.
