Very unprofessional organization who don’t treat customers with respect
Reg and Deb were very disrespectful to our team and unprofessional and unwilling to answer simple questions.
Very bad company! Will not refund services due to a move. Even though I won’t be using their services they will be charging me! Do not sign up with GFL! I’ve heard many bad stories about them too!
All my calls in for information, scheduling and pick ups were responding to and very upbeat and pleasant people. I appreciate very much as to their characters and company.
Service has always just been okay. I called to find out options for dumpster services, company doesn’t offer the option we needed so we went with another company. I called to cancel service and find out last day of pick up- they now want to charge me $50 to cancel services since I’m going with another company. Run don’t walk away from this company- anyone would be better to go through but I would recommend little guys trash co
