I don’t usually leave bad reviews but they deserve one. We tried to cancel and couldn’t do it online. My wife couldn’t do over the phone because my name is on the account. Then I was told that because we paid quarterly we won’t get a refund for the unused services and to top it off we got charged a $50 cancellation fee. They did offer to pick up the bin early lol. What terrible customer service.

This is the driveway to the Grey Gables Restaurant in Charlevoix, Michigan. If my driver refuses to dump our dumpster because of the condition of our driveway, I give up.

Two weeks in a row your drivers with the Harbor Springs route have neglected to pick our trash up. We pay for this service and your company is essentially stealing from us and causing us to incur extra expenses to drop off at the county transfer station. We even made a point to call and we were informed that a call would be made to the worker with our route to ensure service. That obviously did not happen. Quit stealing peoples money.
