This is the worst trash company in the area. I highly recommend another service.
GFL bought out the refuse company which I formerly used. Since then, JMT Sanitation opened and I became a customer. They have been terrific to work with. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill from GFL. The only service provided by them was after their buyout of Little Traverse Disposal. GFL service and customer support was not at all good, thus the switch to JMT. Dumpster not delivered on scheduled date, through my schedule off. I call to communicate an make sure I'm not being taken advantage of, every one I talk to was short an rude. Not looking forward to dealing with this team considering you inconvenienced me an was short an rude like it was my mistake. Don't normally leave reviews good or bad. For some reason I feel I need to leave one here today. Nothing worse then dealing with rude customer service.
Once again, our trash wasn't picked up this week. Why does that happen? You get paid in full and on time!
