Very hard to get a hold of. They destroyed one of our trash bins and now I’m on a huge waiting list to get a new one. We have had our trash bins since 2012 and since they took over our route in the last year, they destroyed it! Not happy at all!!!

Bought a house in a small town that signed a contract with GFL. They are the only ones who are allowed to service this town. I Still don't have a trash can yet. I've been waiting for over 25 days for a trash can to be delivered, I was told that they over extended themselves and they don't know when they will be able to get me a trash can. I was told I could put my trash bags outside and they will pick it up. Ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY NO! Wouldn’t even give one star if it would let me still review! Find someone else. This is the WORST company to use for garbage.

If you need more headaches in your life, I highly recommend GFL. They quickly deliver full service migraines to the greater peoria area. I couldn’t be happier finally canceling my service after months of waiting on hold, no callbacks, and paying for service I wasn’t receiving. The staff member that finally did answer me was friendly and she got my service cancelled; that’s the only reason for the 1 star.
