I would first like to congratulate your company on redefining the concept of “scheduled service.” It takes real confidence to print a pickup day on a calendar and then treat it like a vague suggestion. For years now, trash collection has happened on what appears to be a rotating mystery schedule. It is consistently not on the actual assigned pickup day. Not early. Not late by a few hours. What is the world is going on there. In Jan we had 1 pickup! I had to call and speak to multiple people before they finally came to pick up the trash. Skipping our house happens way too often now but Jan took the cake. My bin is currently full.. AGAIN. Heres to hoping the pick up on Friday. We are looking into David's now. I shouldn't have to remind them to pick up the trash on their route, that we paid for!
