No communication when pickup is changed.
I would first like to congratulate your company on redefining the concept of “scheduled service.” It takes real confidence to print a pickup day on a calendar and then treat it like a vague suggestion. For years now, trash collection has happened on what appears to be a rotating mystery schedule. It is consistently not on the actual assigned pickup day. Not early. Not late by a few hours.
