Im very glad I went with a different company for my services. While calling to arrange the pickup of a previous tenants bins that were left behind, I was met with incredible rudeness, no instruction on how to proceed, and more incredible rudeness. Im appalled and was not given any indication as to when, or if the bins will be picked up. I am giving 2 stars as a benefit of the doubt, since I dont have experience with their regular trash pick up services. Didn't pick up our garbage due to missed payment, then realized it was a mistake and was unable to get it picked up that day. said they would pick it up later that week, only to never pick it up.
Consistently bad experiences since we started going through GFL. On days with calendar parking, where I will be fined for parking on the wrong side of the street, the GFL garbage men have refused to take the garbage as well as moved the garbage and recycling bins in front and behind my vehicle to block me in after not doing their job. I will not be risking a $30 fine from the city so that their job is easier.
