i had a quote emailed to me for residential pickup, so i called and the customer service rep was pretty rude to me. She told me that they don’t even pick up in my area so i’m not sure why they gave me a quote for something i can’t even use.
They picked up trash in Clinton,NC Wednesday and didn't dump our trash can....

WE ARE STUCK WITH THEIR STUPID TRASH CAN SAID THEY WOULD PICK UP YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND NOTHING NOT TO MENTION THEY NEVER COME ON THE DAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO??? Don’t ever use this company. Will be calling everyday until they come get it.
