They wanted to have the contract with Lake Thunderbird and so far service stinks. Customer service NEVER answers the phone. We needed to stay with Republic Services. They know how to treat customers. They just hung up on me without answering the phone
You can rely on them to be incompetent, and for it to take several calls/days to pick up your trash after they miss it, ect. They’re so bad idk why many people have them. I’m not sure if people realize what other options they have - we’re done with them at this point.
Says they open at 730 but you call and just says they are closed. If your help desk has different hours your automated system needs to say them not just hang up on you.
I’ve always had an easy time of getting in and out of there the people are always professional and friendly. I mean it’s garbage they should be an applauded just for handling the things we throw away. And instantly forgiven if they have a bad day. Remember everybody glitches
