So far the experience has been very good. I set up weekly pickup with you and everything has been right on time. The first pickup was last week and went great. The container was in good shape when it was dropped off and was dropped off and picked up when it was supposed to be.
Getting a hold of GFLs help line is terrible, feels like they sit by the phone and watch it ring.
Hours are a suggestion. Their logistics are terrible so the facility closes without notice or posting based on facility backups. Not a post on website, or social media just a paper sign on the gate they are closed.
The only reason we're a customer is because there is literally no other choice. We have one residential can on a weekly service.
