Unfriendly staff. All but the older lady with the UGA stickers she’s great.
Interesting trash pickup. 5/11/26. Publix shopping center on Shallowford.
4:30 am dumpster delivery to a residential neighborhood... You'd think Cobb County would award service contracts to providers without such blatant disregard for its noise ordinances.
GFL weekly service is terrible. Experiencing missed pickups, 3 day late pickups and incomplete pickups. When I call customer service all I get is “ we will tell dispatch” so even their customer service is terrible. I want my money back! You would charge me if I was late, why can’t I get my money back???
The past 2 months with this company has been Horrible . They arent picking my trash up , I’ve had to call several times. People still don’t come out . I’m under contract until end of August. I’ve asked for them to cancel and refund my money since they aren’t providing the service I’ve paid for . I’m sure giving a bad review won’t help anything , but I hope it helps someone decide Not to waste time or money with this one star company . I also reported them to BBB .
