I love how randomly they will just decide to not come pick up your trash.
Great Company! Unfortunately they only offer Commerical and Industrial services at the moment in our area. But I can't wait for them to offer Residential so I can sign up!! Commerical Driver in the Green truck is very friendly and helpful as well! A lot of the current reviews seem to be from Grand Rapids area.
Horrible service. They never pick up our dumpsters at our apartment. Just today I seen the guy in a big white GFL waiste with American on the side, just drive past like 6 full dumpsters he was supposed to pick up. If he complains it's because they were too full. He's full of it. They are full because it's been almost 3 weeks since they've been dumped.
Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service is awful. Extremely hard to get a hold of do not call. Literally call anyone else.
