STAY AWAY — save your money. We have both garbage and recycling service with this company, and it has been an ongoing nightmare. Pickups are constantly missed, often blamed on the most ridiculous excuses. Despite that, we are still billed as usual — and if we want them to return to actually pick up the bins, they charge extra fees. Their online portal is useless: there is no clear way to view your contract, which is extremely concerning given how outrageous the cancellation fees are. So today at pickup in Morris ave, I saw truck 8404 Licence plate 02 n331, hit the corner picked up a bin and pinned it in reverse and almost hit a car trying to pull into their driveway. Not impressed especially as this is a kid filled neighbourhood I was on a walk with my newborn and 3 year old myself. Heaven forbid this driver wasn’t using her rear views and it was us behind her instead of a car or someone else. Do better when hiring incompetent drivers when that’s literally 80% of their job.

Driving east on Rollyview Rd May 30th at approx 10 am truck #8404 was blowing garbage all over my vehicle and into the fields. Accidents happen, I assumed maybe a top had been forgotten to be put on or something. At the point the truck was getting ready to turn I pulled up beside the passenger window to alert the passenger inside that something was “wrong” as the window was half down. As soon as the woman ( could have been a man) made eye contact with me s/he just laid on the horn to drown out my voice. I understand mistakes... read more
