Absolute horrible customer service. My trash has been sitting in front of my place for three weeks and no one has picked it up. I have called over four times and I was assured it would be picked up and still has not been picked up. Somebody hit my trashcan and knocked it over. This would not have happened if it was picked up when it was supposed to be picked up. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to in this case. Hopefully this will get someone’s attention at the corporate office and they will get my trash picked up.
Company is contracted with Whiteville and I can not drop their services. They refuse to pick up my trash every once in a while and are complete a holes about it. They do not state what you can and can not put in your trash can. Obviously no hazardous materials but everything else should be good to go in it. Well no the found a 1x6 untreated that was 4inches long and refused to take my trash. I would switch companies in a heartbeat if I could.
The worst, how can you not send a truck and I’m literally in town
First my trash is picked up on Thursday so the week of Thanksgiving they didn't pick up my trash because of Thanksgiving, but Waste Industries always picked up the next day. So my trash didn't get picked up till the next Thursday. Then on December 26 they came by to get my trash since pick up day was Thursday December 25. My trash hasn’t been picked up for weeks. Called multiple times and couldn’t get through to anyone at the local branch. After multiple attempts to contact over the course of 3 weeks, I finally spoke to someone who informed me that they weren’t picking it up because I had construction waste. (A bucket and a brick). I was informed to remove these items and they would dump it. I was instructed that these items must go to the landfill. When I asked where the trucks unloaded, the answer was also the landfill.
