Second week in a row for missed pickup. Makes our yard look horrible with overflowing trash. Never sure if it will be picked up. I would not trust this company until they resolve whatever issues are happening. Across the street they are using a competitor that was picked up today so there are other options I will have to look in to.

⭐ 1/5 — If I could give zero stars, I would. The trashiest trash company I’ve ever known. GFL Environmental has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is nonexistent—you’ll spend more time on hold than actually getting help, and when you finally reach someone, they’re either unhelpful or act like you’re an inconvenience for needing assistance. I liked how I could start service online, it was really quick and easy. My containers were delivered on time and service is good.
