Rude customer rep! Nasty attitude. Failed to help. Ive been calling for a month. No resolve. Then when I call for clarity and to end services. It's nasty and idky this and that but no answers and assistance this entire time. I hate that I even need services after this terrible month of experiences. The nasty lady didnt give her name but she is very unprofessional and i have spoke with her multiple times. Poor customer service. Useless info and assistance provided. It sucks that there is a fee to dump in general, I wish there was a place for small loads of household trash. They do not take cash so heads up there.
