Stoped picking up trash and ghosted customers. Still managed to bill me.
They have apparently sold . No notification, no pickup after Memorial Day. The new company (Priority Waste) won’t have business possession until end of June according to news. What are we to do with our waste until then? Gfl should still service until the transition closes.
GFL uses tax dollars to buy out small businesses and trap consumers.
I had knox disposal for over 2 years and I never had an issue. I guess they got bought by GFL and since then ..... It's been disappointing. I've tried for hours to get through over the phone and the one time I did get through I was told I had to call a different number to make my payment. Hours open are not flexible with a full time working person. I understand I can pay online however I am moving and wanted to know if they service the new area I will be at.
