If I could give a negative review I would. Coming home to this after trash pick up day is ridiculous. Yard damage. Seriously!!
New customer, 1st customer service person told me that I can find out everything i need to know online and hung up. 2nd customer service person said hold on and then it disconnected. LOL I just had an easy question about ACH, with some googling i was able to answer my own questions.
I live in Brown City, they recently switched to GFL its been a nightmare since! very rude drivers and no answer when trying to call the local branch! why? not only did they steal my trash can, they tried to lie about taking it! Good thing I have video camaras! my can is the blue thing in the back of the truck!
The worst. Hidden fees everywhere, fuel surecharges, environmental charges, weight charges, rental charges for not emptying enough, dead end calls, everytime you need a swap its like the first time calling, no direct number for anything. Low quality phone representatives, mangled dumpsters.
