Literally the worst service possible. Trash isn’t picked up weekly on assigned days. Customer service is rude, smarts off, talks over you, and is unconcerned with the needs. To include not doing their job of putting in the works orders for emergency pick up due to the truck driver not doing their job of trash collection. I don’t know how this company is still in business They don’t pick up their recycling for weeks at a time They won’t return calls from customers, even though they say they will And they won’t give you your money back when you call corporate office, even if you paid months in advance

I used gfl for trash removal and recycling they get the two stars cuz they did pick up trash every week. The lack of accountability for anyone there for picking up recycling, which did not happen for the full 12 weeks that I use the service, is astounding. Tamika in particular in their customer service side is rude and abrupt. Their way they give back the money is terrible they're reassurances that everything will be handled quickly is terrible. I'm in Fuquay-Varina, NC. GFL missed our pick up due to T-MOBILE putting in Fibre on our road. I called to ask for a return the following day. They claimed they would send someone to take my trash. They never showed up. I called again and was told they would be there that day. They never showed up. That was on Friday. I had to wait all weekend, called on Monday and was told they would be here. Complete clown company. Everything everyone else said in the 1 Star reviews is true. Paid them 2 weeks ago and still no trash collection. Sent an email with NO response. Called and was on hold forever. Nobody picked up. Finally got through only to be told that they will only take one week’s worth of trash despite never getting back to me regarding the prior week’s missed collection.
