Complete clown company. Everything everyone else said in the 1 Star reviews is true. Paid them 2 weeks ago and still no trash collection. Sent an email with NO response. Called and was on hold forever. Nobody picked up. Finally got through only to be told that they will only take one week’s worth of trash despite never getting back to me regarding the prior week’s missed collection. We've had them for a while now after switching from Anchor Disposal because they wouldn't pick up our trash. Well it's been a month since they have picked it up and claimed we owned them money. We then paid them that money and they said to wait 2-3 weeks. After waiting and calling again, they claimed they never received the payment and didnt care for bank records or receipts that it was paid, because they didnt see it on their end and wanted payment. I had service with GFL at my house for 6 weeks and they missed pickup 5 times.
For the past 8 weeks I have not had my trash picked up. I have had to contact GFL every time via email or phone call. The customer service rep called me two weeks ago to let me know that my issue would be escalated to the manager/rest of the team. Last week my trash was not picked up again.
