Ebony, the woman at the customer service desk, is an awful employee and probably one of the big reasons for most of the issues that pop up with billing and communication.
Not good service. Constantly missing service at our subdivision and rescheduling. Switching to another company.
Gave us our recycling bin but no trash bin. Been asking and waiting for almost a month for our trash bin to be delivered.
I’m honestly so disappointed with this trash service. I have only lived in my house for a year and today is the 12th time since getting trash service from them they have not come to get my trash!!! This is ridiculous. I’ve had to call every Friday for months to ensure they’d get my trash and today is now TWO WEEKS in a row they did not come get the trash. I wish I could give this company a good review. But I tried to get service because I thought the price was better than the others around here, anytime you try to call nobody answers for like 10-15 minutes. There's a rental across the street where people moved out two weeks ago and I think some people have moved back in but GFL refuses to pick up the trash. It's their containers.
