We started service with them and had our container delivered 4/1 (wednesday - our new pick up date) Our trash has been on the curb since 4/7 still waiting to be picked up. Called each day last week sometimes twice a day to ask if we missed them somehow, we were told twice that it was just a delay they were still coming and the other three times we were told this would be escalated and we would be contacted.
