Very responsive team/account manager Sherry Lambert.
They broke the lid of my trash can the first month. I have tried to get them to replace it without any responses. It’s been almost a year. Their new thing is to leave the trash open when it’s raining so the can fills with rain. To make it worse I have noticed the can is only left open when it’s raining. Any other time it is closed after they empty it.
Took over a week to get our dumpster but once we got it the placement wasn't a good one. So we need it moved to the other side of our building now. We will see how long this will take.
I work at a high rise community in Portsmouth VA and we have been having ongoing issues with GFL. Their service has been used on our property for more than the 8 years I have worked here and over at least the past 2 years we have not gotten the service we pay for. Our dumpsters have not been emptied for a week and we are paying to have them emptied 3 times per week. Do we get discounts when they don't pick up? No!
