This company is horrible. They lost the contract in my city and county. Now refuse to pick up their can out of my yard. Ive called weekly requesting they come pick up their can. Each time there is a new excuse. Third party that was hired to pick up cans was fired, then several drivers were fired, today I was told there's a new operations manager (Marcus Matthews) as the old one was just fired on Monday and she would have to have him call me back. Im not going to hold my breath. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Was happy with my service but it got to expensive. Trying to cancel my pick up service but nobody is responding. Four days later service still not canceled. Now they can charge me more money. Nine days later and many phone calls, my trash container is still in the front of my house. My warning, if you have to cancel do it earlier then you have to.
Completely worthless company and utterly incompetent. Horrible service. Can't reach anyone for assistance. No response to emails. Missed service with no notice and no explanation. Zero stars for customer service. If I could rate this company in the negatives, I would.
Truly the worst service I have ever had without getting any trash picked up🤣🤣🤣 never use this trash service EVERRR. The only thing good about it is I got my refund back and I’m probably gonna have to call back to get that for days. I wasted too much time sitting on the phone with them to do absolutely nothing. I’m sure they won’t even pickup the dirty trash can they gave me. Never againnnnnn
