They were supposed to pick up our trash on Friday February 6,, they did not because of weather . I called them Monday and they said they would not have a make up day and they would skip a week, I asked would they knock the bill off for one week, they said they would not take it off our bill,, I think if you are not going to pick it up or make it up during the week,, we should not have to pay for 12 weeks of service

GFL changed our pick up days and the reminder phone calls had two different days on it so the following week, my garbage was not picked up. I called and they were able to send out a late pick up truck two days later and I really appreciate that; they work hard, thank you

By far the worst service I’ve ever had. Paying for convenience and the amount of inconvenience this Company has caused me on a weekly basis is actually ridiculous. Having to call weekly, wondering why my trash hasn’t been picked up. Constantly changing the schedule because of trucks breaking down. Trash piling up on the side of my house, and then they tell me to leave it out as if it doesn’t make my house look terrible on the curb.
