GFL has picked up on schedule every week since we signed up. They do an automated call if services are delayed due to weather or holiday. Zero complaints. We live on Moores Pond rd in Youngsville. Edit: they decided after a year of coming after 12pm to randomly come at 730am. No warning just “should have put your cans out the night before!”

I have seen all of the poor reviews but I wanted to share our positive experience. We had our trash out for pickup the first week in January. It didn't get picked up so I went out on the website and sent a message about a missed pickup after hours. I received a call back early the next morning confirming that they should have been picked up and offered to coke by early to pick them up prior to the next week. We started services with GFL on 7/22/25. I have called weekly since as our trash has never been picked up on the service day (Fridays). It has been outside Thursday night since the very first week. I have been told when calling that the pick up was marked as missed pick up because the receptacle was not there, my account has been noted that the manager and manager's manager have been in contact with us and the issue was resolved, which has never happened.
