Worked with Alyssa on the phone and couldn’t be happier. My garbage and recycling cans got stolen (at least I think so, they were just gone when I got home from work). She got a delivery scheduled the next day with high urgency, without me having to make any kind of big stink about it. Can’t beat that for customer service, very happy:)
I would give 5 stars to Kat whom we initially spoke with and ordered our roll off. No stars for company and their bs antics! Roll off was delivered on June 27th for 10 days right....Wrong they picked it up today! I'm no math genius but pretty sure that's not 10 days. So, called and was told that's what I signed in my agreement.....Now, they have a slight point but, Why would I be looking for a pick up date when I already knew it was 10 days. Bait and switch tactics when it comes to having a residential account. Their website says that they pick up your large items with a residential service. When calling to have them, pick up items, they pick up one item per week at 75$ each item.
Very negative review they do not empty the dumpsters near how the contract says
