We first met Gene when we bought our new home in Renfrew and required AC services. It was a very hot period in summer and we were struggling to find someone who could service our area in a timely manner. Gene showed up within 2 days! He was very pleasant to deal with, professional and installed our new AC super quick. 3 years later, we called him up to have a look at our furnace as we were at the point of replacement. We had some issues with the heat pumps in our home and Gene was quick to respond to us and address the problem. He arrived promptly to service the heat pumps and provided sound advice for us going forward. He was polite, professional, and very helpful. Next time we need help with anything HVAC we’re calling Gene. I highly recommend GF!
