I take his CPR/BLS class every 2 years for nursing. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I plan to continue coming back. Highly recommend!

Not customer friendly, listen we made several appointments with you and you never showed up. You are very unprofessional. Don't lie or pretend my husband and I have no reason to just pick on you . You canceled on us last year and now again this year. I have all the communications to backup my statements. Terrible business acumen. I gave you negative 5 start. If you ask me.
I had my CPR certification done a few months back and I have to say the experience was real Smooth. The head instruction Gezim really knows his stuff and I came out more knowledge than going in. I would highly recommend.
Getting BLS certified was very simple at this location, absolutely no hassle. The instructor, Gezim, was very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend his American Heart Association course. 10/10.
