I have never had a problem with their power equipment, I did break a starter rope once on a gas saw but they were more than willing to come on the job site and fix it right away.Their Mechanics in the back are always willing to listen to any problems or suggestions and its nice having someone there to always load and unload your equipment at the store.A++
Geyer was a sigh of relief for my party! We werent quite sure what to get for reception party. They assisted us with great ideas and good, timely service.
I had a wedding setup by Geyer Rental this summer. Everything turned out great! Even with how terrible the weather was.... they made a second trip out to service us and had sidewalls put on our tent so that we could still enjoy our time. I recommend them for a setup anytime.
Geyer has the best outdoor wedding rentals. The rental items were in good condition as promised. Unfortantely the weather was bad which caused the tent to loosen up. Geyer came right away and made adjustments without hesitation. The staff had a positive attitude even though they were working late in the rain. I couldnt of asked for better service! Thanks Geyer.
We have been working with Geyer Rental for a few years and I just wanted to say how easy it is to work with them. They always have things ready for me in the morning which is a big deal being Im in a hurry to get to the jobsite. Its in and out quick, like it should be. They have made things a little easier while weve been growing our business. We used Geyer for our outdoor wedding and really wish we hadnt. We rented a 40x60 tent, chairs, tables, speakers and porta potties. They had to come out 3 times to re-set up the tent, and they were quite rude about it. Although it was a bit windy, the tent should have held up better, and they acted like we were really putting them out by asking for their help. They are also horrible with communication. These people are a damn joke. Do not rent anything from them. They rented me a flat bed traler that looked ok to bring my fish house home from up north and when I got all the way to duluth and got the fish house loaded I noticed that the wood was very very bad and cracked instantly under any weight. Ive only got a 4x8 hard canvas so it wasnt heavy at all. About 10 min into the trip the fish house went right through the trailer. I called geyer immediately and they were rude.
