They took my caese, didn't make sure pre suit conditions were completed. They also didn't provide any requiried estimates to the insurance company before filing or provide the receipts i provided to them to send to the insurance company. When i asked them about it, they said i was responsible for it. They did absolutely nothing for half of the case plan (8 months) then withdrew from the case because I wouldn't take the low ball settlement they wanted me to take. This firm is awful and they do not care about the client. They care about getting money for themselves. We lost money by them being unprepared and dragging out the case. They could have settled earlier on but were greedy and trying to hold out for more money. I had to do a lot of the leg work, and we got passed around like a hot potato from lawyer to lawyer. I would highly recommend Fuxa and Tyler. From day one he was upfront and honest. He told me exactly what to expect and unfortunately how long it actually does take. I was extremely greatful and pleased with them for their professionalism ,knowledge and most of all their compassion. Their office staff is absolutely wonderful and always respond to you immediately.
