Gexpro was closed for the day Friday and Richard a Chuck opened back up for me. This was the first time doing business with them. Not many would go out their way like this.
I had an outstanding experience with Richard Fronek over the phone at Gexpro. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and made the whole process quick and easy. Truly top-notch customer service!
Best Supply House in Town!
Be wary. Gexpro tried charging me 50% more for 4/0-4/0-2/0 wire than EVERYONE else in town. I checked. They wanted almost $500 for 50ft, I went to city electric supply a mile away and it was like $275. (Which was same as Lowe's/home Depot and everyone else.).
Jeff was very helpful and friendly. I will do business with them again!
