Kathy Root took my money, $440.00 per hour, and ignored my communications because she said she had "an important court case". 1 star because the people at the desk are very nice, the offices are very clean & looks to be very organized, the building is in a safe area with a covered parking garage nearby, & the over-all look of the company had a homey easy going feel to it.
