Great Customer Service! I ordered a coat and received a call the next day that it was sold out. I asked the rep if I could swap for a coat that was similiar in price. She didn't have the answer and said she would call me back. An hour later she called back and said she could do the swap no problem. I received the coat two days later and am very pleased.
