Worked on my husband. But I’m mainly doing this to answer @Sarah....I’ve been calling as well trying to get someone for weeks but never got a call back. I decided to go to the office in person and learned that he sold the office space mid July and left (retired I was told). I’m assuming if you didn’t hear anything that you’re not expected to pay the rest of your bill.
Worst example of a business I have ever seen. I have been trying to reach someone to help me with my bill for weeks with no call back. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages left. Pick a different PT!! This one is garbage!! I gave it a star because this review system is making me, but I would give 0 if I could.
I am a disabled Veteran that has worked with Jeremy for the better part of a year now. Jeremy is very interactive with his patients. He listens to the patients needs and includes them in their treatment plan. I have recently come to find out just how much he cares about the Veterans he sees as clients. On a personal level I am grateful. Jeremy is a kind giving man. I have gotten to know him a little bit out side of the office. I am of the opinion that he genuinely cares about people.
