I live in Phoenix, AZ. After a 4 car accident and 1 1/2 years of therapy in Arizona, I still had problems. My daughter who lives in Loveland recommended Get Well Physical Therapy. I flew out to Fort Collins and within a short time, I was well on my way to recovery. Jeremy is amazing. When I came back to Arizona, I never went back to therapy again, Jeremy cured me! Worked on my husband. But I’m mainly doing this to answer @Sarah....I’ve been calling as well trying to get someone for weeks but never got a call back. I decided to go to the office in person and learned that he sold the office space mid July and left (retired I was told). I’m assuming if you didn’t hear anything that you’re not expected to pay the rest of your bill.
Worst example of a business I have ever seen. I have been trying to reach someone to help me with my bill for weeks with no call back. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages left. Pick a different PT!! This one is garbage!! I gave it a star because this review system is making me, but I would give 0 if I could.
